Having mistakenly cancelled my…

Having mistakenly cancelled my membership as I was out of the country for 6 weeks, Clair sorted that out very efficiently arranging for me to restart my membership when I returned. I have just been corresponding with Holly, who has been brilliant and my membership has now been re-instated. This is the 3rd time I’ve had dealings with Ashbourne and each time their customer support team have been brilliant. A great company to deal with.

This is a follow up to a previous…

This is a follow up to a previous review I left for Wessex Internet. Having just got on board with them I lost internet connection which, unfortunately, was due to a number of abnormal issues i.e., rats chewing through the cable on my property, other contractors damaging WI’s cables in the road and technical issues with the PON (whatever that is). All this happened simultaneously which resulted in the resolution taking a bit longer than we all hoped. However, the feedback I can give dealing with Wessex is all positive. During the period without internet I have always been able to speak to someone and it has been easy to get through to the support team. Everyone, without exception (Cathrine, Stephanie, Lucy, Graham and Alex that I remember), have always been really friendly and helpful and if they’ve promised to phone back they always have done. That makes such a difference. The teams that have visited my house have been great (Tyler, Liam, Dan are the names I know). They were all very friendly, apologetic for the delay, respectful of our property and they have always turned up during the allotted time. It would probably have been easy to get annoyed over this, but the way the various teams dealt with me has meant that was never going to happen. So, despite the various issues, I’m back online and grateful for all the help provided by Wessex.
