VOLT SWEDEN HAS THE WORST CLIENT SERVICE/SUPPORT
I bought a pair of leather gloves on 20th january as a Christmas present. The product was in bad condition, it's broken/has a hole. I wrote to them 28th december to fix the situation, they answered 4th january giving me options on how to fix the problem. I answered that I couldn't go to any of the boutiques and didn't want a new product, only my money back. They never answered back, I had to write to them on the chat 11th january (if not, they would have never contacted me back). On the chat, they told me they were gonna forward the email (the one I sent 4th january) to the department in charge of that kind of cases and that they will contact with me as soon as they have an answer about my case. As nobody contacted me, I contact them again by chat 14th january, they told me they were gonna send me the return label by post asap so I could send back the product and get my money back. Today is 20th january and still haven't got the return label, I contacted them again today asking about when I'm gonna get the return label, and also ask for a tracking number so I could track it, and they answered (and I quote) " I think in the biginning of next week. No, we do not have a tracking number". If I don't write to them to ask for updates about the problem, they would NEVER contact me. The worst thing is that - according to what they told me on the chat- it will take up to 20 days to get my money back (after they receive the product)!!...Here in Sweden I have never had these kind of problems with other brands/e-commerce/etc...but VOLT SWEDEN HAS THE WORST CLIENT SERVICE/SUPPORT.
