Celebration of Mums 80th Birthday
A very welcoming stay last night to celebrate Mums 80th Birthday at Home Lacey. Mum,Dad and family stayed 3 nights and I stayed last night for Mums Birthday. Despite Mum not wanting to celebrate her Birthday, Cherry made our stay very comfortable and special for Mum. All staff very friendly, who all look as if they are enjoying their role within the hotel. A few special mentions: Lisa- Mum thinks the world of you, always smiling and making us feel very welcome on the dance floor to learn new moves. Thanks for being flexible with your working day and presenting Mum with her cake. Matt: patient supporting me learn to crossbow, a great sense of humour 😀 Ollie - front of house on reception, you have greeted me a few times, taken my telephone enquires. Great service 😀 Jack - your voice, incredible. Cherry - Many thanks for making a special day happen, you have been a true star with organising our day. Kitchen staff - food incredible with a great choice. Well done Home Lacey, Mum and Dad will be back again very soon 😀😀
