Worse experience I have ever had with any ESB company! Day threatened to cut me off over a 300 euro bill I was shocked. When I called to sort the bill there was a massive language barrier every time I called because they have zero Irish staff and I hadn't a clue what they were saying, I couldn't care where there staff are from if they were fluent in English just to make that clear.. 0 stars if I could
