Worst customer service i have ever…
Worst customer service i have ever experienced from a company. Ordered a customer design hoodie for £54 from them and said I was looking for a "classic rainbow tie dye spiral" I attached two different pictures of basically the same design with bright primary colours. When I received my hoodie it was pastel pink with barely any recognisable swirl in it at all and COMPLETELY different from the 2 images i sent them. In my emails I did say it didn't have to be exactly the same as the pictures I sent but then proceeded to say the second imagine I sent was what I was looking for. When I contacted them to let them know I wasn't happy wirh the order that I spent nearly £60 on they told me that "The photo you sent was a reference and you said it didn't have to look exactly the same, we wouldn't be able to match what you've asked for exactly so this would have been the closest match. Dhillan" I replied again telling them the design wasn't even close to the photos I sent and I was happy to return the item for a refund as I wasn't happy at all. I also emailed again with screenshot of other custom orders they have done with bright primary colours and patterns which is what I was expecting in my design. They didn't reply. I have tried to contact them on several different platforms over several days and received no response at all to any of my communications via instagram, email or facebook. I have been a long term customer since 2014 but I will never purchase anything from this company again. I wish I could attach photos of what I received because literslly I could have done better myself.
