Fantastic service!
From start to finish my experience of using the London Removal Company was nothing short of outstanding! I initially reached out to them via their website. Within an hour I was contacted by the fantastic Karen who could not have done more. We had a really quick turnaround due to the slightly early arrival of our son. I didn’t know exactly how much stuff we had in terms of how many boxes etc. None of my uselessness was a problem for Karen who provided great advice and organised the removal every step of the way. The two removal guys, Martin and Alex, were also brilliant. They turned up on time, were very polite, worked extremely efficiently and very carefully to pack us up and the put everything inside the house as directed at the other end. We had several “breakable items” in the stuff that was being moved, not a single item damaged in the move which involved carting stuff down 6 flights of stairs and a 90 minute drive. Their pricing was extremely competitive but above that, the service was fantastic value for money. We would not hesitate to use them again and will be recommending the company to all of our friends and contacts. If I could have given more stars I would have.
