We took months to sort out issues with our Bordgais account after we provided a final meter reading and new tenants registered with another supplier. Bordgais continued to charge us for 3 months! In this case the same meter was being double charged. After Bordgais refused several times to agree to a refund, I took to social media and the matter was escalated and agreed to be satisfactorily resolved including an undertaking from a senior staff member to ensure client service staff involved receive more training in these matters.
