Bad service
I ordered a bike part from them. The order was supposed to be delivered from Bladel to Eindhoven. It's been more than 9 days and the order is nowhere to be found. The DHL track and trace number they gave says that no shipment with that number exists. Have contacted them at least 4 times only to hear that they have started investigating. Cannot cancel the order. So, I am practically stuck. Never ordering from them again.
