Wrong item, no sign of refund
Was originally sent the wrong item, reached out and got a response from Rob straight away stating I will get a refund once returned. Communication after that was very slow, which I can appreciate from a small business. This seems to be rectified as of this morning. However, in all honesty I won't be purchasing from Slackjaw again which is a shame as I liked the vibe.
