Order GMB230083 - the service itself was very good but once my phone had been checked £150 was taken off the valuation because they said the phone needed a new battery. It felt excessive, particularly as the pass mark for a new battery for 85% and mine seemed to have been rated at 83%. I still completed the sale because I didn’t want the hassle of having the phone returned and going through the process with someone else. I feel that these recycling companies know people will do that more often than not and therefore they will offer you a big valuation to get your business and in reality you do not get this. I may be wrong though and this was just a bad experience.
