A shame for a car rental
Very bad experience with this car rental in August 2020. The rented car a Dacia Dokker was not good, uncomfortable and particularly had no power on uphill...sorry but use of only first and/or second gears during all the uphill (even 4 percent slop) has no concern with car model...a shame to propose this type of car especially in Gran Canaria!!! Please inspect not only car outdoor but the engine too...I don’t talk about some people of staff arrogant and disrespectful. Never again!!!
