Very disappointing service and follow up

Having waited for the pandemic to be over I booked a cruise package with my cruises as the destinations were all that I wanted to go to. Some of the people we spoke to were very helpful whereas others ( it seemed to be different depending on when you called) not so helpful. We had to do a lot of chasing up with paperwork and final transfers which was never My Cruises fault always the supplier - possibly was, however the only people looking bad were My Cruises and their care factor seemed to be pretty low. We had to follow up again and again and the lack of communication was outstanding! Booking transfers meant a delay in booking our boarding time to the boat, and we were told to just lock it in any time as it wouldn't matter - but it does to the cruise line. We only received the final documents after I called AGAIN to complain. The final transfer document we wanted arrived 2 days before leaving which was very stressful, especially given the amount of money we had spent. I thought maybe we were the only ones but once on our boat and meeting several other Aussies who booked through them as well, they all rolled their eyes and said the same thing - Would never use them again. I know that I wouldn't and even knowing Flight Centre has bought them out does not convince me that things would be any better. MYC-42759 ( not that I expect anyone to respond or care about my review) Do yourself a favor and book through your personal travel agent as I really don't know if you save that much money. Not to mention our hotel in Paris - although lovely was near absolutely nothing!! We had to subway to the sights or walk through a very dodgy area to catch the train to the Eiffel Tower etc.
