Fantastic first time experience on the Best of New Zealand with Singapore

What a fantastic holiday we had with Titan Travel on the Best of New Zealand with Singapore The whole trip was amazing apart from the collection who arrive two hours earlier than quoted and was very curt Which didn't put me in a great mood talk about a rush. The weather was good at the right times. Our guide Alex Bacerra was brilliant Very friendly very approachable and above all great work ethics and very professional also Laurie the coach driver who was amazing and on his last tour before retirement. He also was amazing and there was nothing he didn't know about New Zealand .He gave almost a constant running commentary while driving is around the two islands. We could not fault the accommodation throughout our stay the hotels were amazing and very comfortable and porterage was included in the trip for your cases only so no messing around trying to get your bags to and from your rooms. My only complaint was the amount of buffet meals we had i personally am not a fan of these types of meals buy that's just me. The food was good though but just way to much choice. What i mean by the weather was good at the right time was it was sunny most of the time and it rained at the right time we visited Milford sound and it was pouring with rain so many waterfalls it was amazing waterfalls going down the mountains and also going up the mountains with the wind Brilliant The next stop was Mount Cook and the sun shone like a diamond we saw the whole of the Mountain in all its glory. The driver explained he hadn't seen the whole mountain in the past six or seven trips and he also hadn't seen it rain in milford sound for ages as well.The only problem is that one of the only trips that i personally wanted to do the shotover jet was cancelled due to the rain. The river was a torrent apparently and to dangerous. But the weather is nothing to do with the travel company just my ramblings. All of the trips we had on the holiday plus the extra trips we booked were all very good and well worth the extra expense and a great experience. Finally a Big thanks to Alex the tour manager and Laurie for your dedication and hard work that made this holiday a great one thanks again
