Stay well clear!!
Took wrong payment amount £6 instead of £2.50 on monthly. Took ages to get the money back. Signal was awful. So got pac code to move to another network which I did straight away. The following month still asking for money. Emailed 3 times to customer service email times to check if I needed to pay and ensure my account had been closed down as it doesn’t appear to be. Then got threatening email as still hadn’t made email, all whilst not responding to my email!!
