The staff are always super friendly
The staff are always super friendly, very attentive and knowledgeable in my opinion, myself and my little mate Mable love coming in to see everyone, the staff always make a beeline towards Mable who gives them all loads of kisses, there are always lots of great products, toys etc for all sorts of animals and birds to choose from, thanks for being such a fantastic team who also understand my Autism and disabilities
