Don't Expect Even Basic Customer Service
After my previous review of bad service, unhelpful service, unjustifiable ridiculous increase in my annual bill of 24% and no help offered I have now received 6 calls from Wessex Water. All 6 calls (3 to my landline and 3 to my mobile) have all resulted in the line going dead when answered. After the 6th call and being on the phone for over 25 minutes no one at Wessex Water could explain why I have been called and neither why when the call is answered by myself the line goes dead I have requested an email response to my query about the 6 dead phone calls but no doubt they'll fail to fulfil this basic request. Yet another appalling customer service experience from Wessex Water Maybe if they spent some of the profits they'll make from increasing my bill by 24% investing in a customer service team who can deliver a basic customer service I wouldn't have to post another bad review. No doubt Wessex Water will respond with another generic response apologising but not actually resolving anything.
