Such a shambles
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this company is a complete and utter shambles, and I hope that this prevents anyone from having the same experience I did. I wanted some gel extensions and their website was super easy to book through. So I booked in and turned up to find that their building was in fact closed. I thought I must be in the wrong place or had got the wrong date, so called up & was told that not only do they only take bookings over the phone, but that they don’t even offer gel extensions - yet the website I booked through IS their website. Nowhere on their website is it displayed that you can only book via phone, gel extensions are listed in their services, and the fact that you can actually book an appointment in via the website is so misconstruing and such a waste of time. I received no apology on the phone, and just kept getting told that they don't open on Mondays (which was nothing to-do with the problem!) Such a shame :(
