This customer support staff was very good
Despite a problem with the website that made deliveries to Yorkshire impossible (Which is a glaring issue that I hope they resolve soon), the customer service provider walked me through fixing a problem I had with my phone calmly and simply. It was a very positive experience. However, this was my third attempt to resolve this issue, with my first two attempts resulting in being told to request a replacement sim that couldn't be delivered for the reason mentioned above.
