If I could give this company a negative…

If I could give this company a negative rating, I would. I ordered a cake for my in-laws. Shipping was more than the cake cost, but okay... They received a cake that was totally destroyed. When I emailed their customer service, they insisted they needed a photo of the destroyed cake, which I provided for them. Once that was provided, they they said they couldn’t do anything for me because I chose the wrong shipping option, one that was not recommended. I went back into their website as if I was ordering the cake again, and saw no advice about which option to choose. I contacted customer service again by email and they ignored me. I called today and got a live person who was not particularly friendly, and there was shouting in my he background as I tried to speak with her. After taking my name, email, and phone, she couldn’t locate my order and asked me to call back with the order #. I located that within seconds and called back, only to get a voicemail saying imtbwy were closed and I could leave a detailed message. Then the system hangs up on me with no possibility of leaving a message. Unbelievable. Update: When I finally did get through, they refused to help me, I asked to speak with a supervisor, and he was also unhelpful and would not give me contact information to someone above the level of the supervisor I spoke with.
