Like most of the other reviews, I was pleasantly surprised by the speed and efficiency of this service. Order the kit first thing Monday morning after foolishly starting to take down a plaster textured ceiling at the weekend. The kit arrived on the Wednesday and after sending the samples the same day, the results were returned via email just before 5pm on the Friday afternoon. Thankfully the results were negative and the report easy to follow. I was incredibly impressed that the results came back so close to the end of the day on Friday, as it would have been easy to just leave them until the next Monday but it meant I could relax over the weekend knowing the work I started was all ok and I could carry on that weekend. As far as I know, the kits are cheaper than elsewhere on the market too so would definitely use again.
