Asking increased overdraft
I a have been with Lloyd's over 30 years and have generally very helpful but needed to increase my overdraft they said would have to see adviser who was off sick until October and gave me a number to ring as I dont do not do mobile are internet banking have tried to do this no help just given different phone numbers when you finally get through cut off no customer service in branch to assist everything automated difficult to speak to a person and I think why should I have to change my way of banking when I dont want to disappointing
