Wine Lost in Transit
Unfortunately, a case of wine that I had ordered from Wine Spies went missing in transit. Wine Spies, through their Agent Blanc, tried to work with the shipping company to find it, but to no avail. When we realized that the case was lost, Agent Blanc readily agreed to refund the full cost of the case because replacement wines were not available. Agent Blanc couldn't have handled it better. I definitely will continue to do business with Wine Spies because of the integrity they exhibited throughout the entire process. Steve Rasher
