no hot water can’t get anybody on the phone. They won’t help me literally three weeks of dealing with them back-and-forth the most incompetent company I’ve ever ever seen before in my life. that’s a very unuseful response below. I’ve been calling every single day and nobody’s responding to me. They keep telling me they’re gonna call me back and they do not. Meanwhile, I have no hot water and two children at home and no one cares.
