Car hired and collected from remote station in Ledra Palace. We had a Ford Focus which was good. Smooth service from start to finish. Good fuel policy. They even have a what’s app service for quick answers to questions. Another car company let us down so we needed to keep the car for longer than planned and this was not an issue for Pacific who were great and extended our rental over what’s app. Would recommend and would use again.

Service was great. Car collection and return was easy. We purchased the full insurance so didn’t need to leave any deposit. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only negative is bus transfer required at Paphos airport and this wasn’t clear. I think they should give better details in confirmation email as we walked around the airport car park trying to figure out where to wait. Also they should let you rent a car for just one day but minimum rental was 2 days. Would recommend though and would use again.
