Property not even on the market and paid heavily - both financially and emotionally!
I would like to give it a Zero rating but it doesn't seem possible to do that and write a comment. My property never even went on the market and I was landed a £720 bill on the ill advise regarding my lease. I found the agent, Amy, to be arrogant and lacking knowledge and experience in her industry. In the 3 weeks that I was bound to them, I gained more stress than I do running my own business. These people push you to their recommended contacts - surveyors, solicitors, EPC agents etc - all commission based. Non have your best interest at heart. You can find cheaper and better yourself. Their business culture runs on giving clients recommendations and advice on fight-defend mode and creating hostility. I am so glad I was able to cut ties with them without having to fork out more money to them. As a business owner I am all about word of mouth and helping businesses to grow - with this one - I would recommend you trust your instincts and go elsewhere.
