Poor service from delivery company
Ordered 29th June for delivery and collection of old mattress on 2nd July. On 2nd July message received from delivery company that they could not deliver as they did not have the goods. A call to mattressman customer services sorted for delivery and collection on 3rd July. This indeed happened but the two guys delivering did not want to take the old mattress although this was a service I paid for. After one of the guys had made a lengthy phone call ( presumably to his boss0 they agreed to take it but very reluctant. At this stage one of the guys left the house and the other collected a mattress bag. Although there were 2 guys my grandaughter (all 5ft 2 of her ) was expected to help him get the mattress in the bag. The old mattress was worn but otherwise in a satisfactory condition. Indeed it was left out ready to take so they did not have to bring downstairs.Frankly one of the two guys was the real problem stating they did not have room on their lorry.His attitude was poor when we only wanted the service we paid for.
