You have been warned Worst company ever. Should have listened to the people who left bad reviews. Am convinced their 5 star reviews are fake. Go on Glassdoor to find out more about the company from actual employees. Also go to better business bureau website. They have a F rating. I wish I had done this before I placed an order. They are so right. I placed an order on the 18th, chose guaranteed next day delivery and it was not delivered till the 21st. According to them I chose 20th. How do I choose next day delivery and then am being told I chose a date, next day delivery is self explanatory. This was a blatant lie. Even if I chose 20th, it was not delivered then either. When it was undelivered on the 20th, I asked for a cancellation and refund. This is the reply I got 3 days later: Thank you once again for your order. We would like to extend our sincerest apologies for the delay in communication. Please be advised that your request for refund and cancellation has been denied due to our company's policy - ZERO CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY (available on our website). We do apologize for the delay in delivery, which was caused by unforeseen situations. We can confirm that your order was successfully delivered on the 21st of December by 8.30pm Best Regards Please also note delivery was made by the company without the card and message I wrote. Recipient had no idea who sent basket until I called her. She had tried to call company no reply.
