Lovely trip but....

Loved the trip and the hotel was in a good location . The only problem I had was the lack of communication from the driver .I think his microphone was broke and as we were in the middle of the bus couldn't hear what he was saying .We weren't given any safety information which I was surprised at . Myself and a few other travellers thought he should have maybe stopped between the last pick up and Skipton.He didn't tell us that he was going straight through and gave no information at all during the journey .We had been on the bus for over 4 hours by the time we got there ,with a toilet on board that didn't flush properly. Instead of being told pick up times for coming home etc,we had to ask him at breakfast and pass onto other passengers . It hasn't put me off travelling with yourselves again as we really enjoyed it,but the communication could have been a lot better. Maybe we have been spoilt by very informative drivers on our other trips with yourselves .Thank you for a lovely 2 day adventure.
