So far very happy
Process was very simple and straight forward, everyone I have spoken to so far over email has been very helpful and friendly. My only constructive feedback would be that with the router you issue to customers, especially for those setting up service on the OFNL network, that you include a handy guide on what is the right way to connect the router to the OFNL network. The speed and the service so far has been very good. There are a few apps on my smart TV and sometimes when performing a search the service seems to slow down and I am presented with a "connection timed out" error, but otherwise all is good.
