Bought an e collar under the false…
Bought an e collar under the false pretense that it was good quality, humane and from the uk. It was none of these things, I got sent a crappy quality, SHOCK collar. I’m a dog trainer and have used good quality e collars before. They should never hurt or “shock” a dog. I tested it on myself first and almost got my hand blasted off. I sent it back. Hundreds of emails and four months later I STILL haven’t gotten my money back, despite the fact I shipped it back to China. Retail disputes haven’t been a help either as they use different names/addresses and it’s hard to track them down. Don’t buy from them.
