Resilience Course
I was lucky enough to attended the resilience course in a corporate environment. Lianne was a brilliant course facilitator - I learnt so much - especially how to rewire my thinking - everything we learnt made sense and was useful. This isn't a magic wand - Lianne supports and gives all course attendees the tools to put the practical work in themselves as with everything what you yourself put in results in achievable sustained results - but it was a life changer for me and I'm so very glad I took the first step to attend! X
