We recently went into the blackburn home and bargains store and asked if they delivered some garden furniture as we don't have a big car and one of the women in charge called Karen kindly helped us and said they sadly don't deliver but then she asked us were we lived and then proceded to offer to deliver the garden furniture herself as she lived near us cannot belive the kind service we got she went out of her own way to help us even though she didn't need to do this for us forever thankful she was such great help and the staff were brilliant cannot fault them at all
