Something is fishy
I'm glad I checked TrustPilot and I'm glad there IS a TrustPilot. I was excited to order over a dozen photo frames online during a big sale. I paid for my order, received a confirmation and waited for it to be delivered. After a week or so, I realized I had not received a shipping email message. I checked and found a message that went to my spam folder that indicated my order was canceled because my payment information could not "pass verification" or some ridiculousness like that. I immediately reached out to customer service to ask what the heck could not be verified. TWICE, they referred me to the refund department. Huh? I didn't need a refund. When I finally reached that group, they repeated the "pass verification" line. I asked, twice, WHAT could not be verified. I have excellent credit and have a shipping and billing address that are identical. WHAT could not be verified? If one incorrectly enters credit card information, the system lets you know so you can correct any mistake. I had none. I asked them to send me a screenshot of the issue, since I could have certainly made a mistake. But why did my purchase go through? I can't get a response. I suspect their low prices were too low or...well, I don't know. It's hard to make sense out of crazy. But I have never had a company say they couldn't verify information without letting me know WHAT they were unable to verify. I don't know who is behind the wheel there, but I'll not shop their site again. I was SO excited to find the frames I needed at good prices, but I consider the prices falsely advertised.
