Negative Experience
I don’t like leaving bad reviews for businesses as I understand that the public can be overly brutal online for minor mistakes. With that said, my experience has been pretty negative from start to finish. I’ll keep it to bullet points to make it easier to follow. - Rare Bike, hard to find parts. - Website lists brake rotors that fit said bike. - I verified prepurchase with rep to confirm. - Rep said yes so I ordered 2. - A week or so later only 1 arrives. - Next day I reach out via email and then chat, confusion ensues and they say they will respond in 48 hrs. - 72 hrs I reach out again saying the one I received doesn’t fit anyway but where is the second rotor? Also informed them I never heard back. - They ask for part number of product, Vin of bike and pictures of fitment..... meanwhile by sending these things to support this will be the 4th time I’ve tried contacting them, twice by chat, twice by email. I have yet to receive any emailed response other than this survey. No refund, no response, no resolution. I now have a claim to my cc company in hopes I can remedy this in some capacity. Maybe with a more common bike and more common parts you won’t experience my same issue. The shipping piece and lack of receiving the product or a response... well I hope it doesn’t happen to others.
