My issue with Vine Apparel is their returns policy which is quite plainly a rip off and means for them to improve their profit margin. Tallying up postage two ways and the 10% handling fee amounted to $25 to return jeans that were too big. Won't be shopping with them again.

Customer service and transparency is clearly lacking with MyCruises. My husband and I have booked Sydney, Singapore, Capetown in March 2025 with the Cruise component being a balcony on the Queen Anne. MYC-87169. When I received documentation from Cunard it said we have a Balcony Restricted View. I immediately queried this with MyCruises and asked for an itemised account to confirm we paid for a Balcony. I was told they would have to review the telephone recording to see what I requested. What? Where is the transparency with all the payments. Why can't they provide an itemised account? How many customers are getting ripped off in this way. Surely their auditing and payment procedures would show how much for the type of cabin requested and paid for. Consequently I have followed up with MyCruises at least six times in six weeks to be told they are following up with Cunard and it takes time (obviously the phone recording verified my Balcony request). Not ONCE have MyCruises contacted me by either email or phone, always contact initiated by me. So disappointing and shocked at their processes and lack of customer focus. Quick to sign you up and take the funds. Make sure you get an itemised account before you sign up.
