HORRID EXPERIENCE
I ordered a champagne picnic gift basket for 6 people. They forgot both the champagne and the picnic basket and blindly substituted items in the order with nonsensical things including expired chocolate. Then when I reached out to them which I tried by phone email social media and via their web portal, I received no response. Eventually someone responded telling me I wasn’t eligible for a refund because I agreed to substitutions which I guess in their eyes means not a single person got the total number of items in the box and got mismatched garbage and expired food instead and was missing the main two items. They said they were going to resend the champagne which was pointless at that time because I ordered everything for a happy hour which had passed and I had to scramble to get champagne delivered at the last second. If I could leave less than one star I would. I’m still waiting for someone to respond to me. I’m being completely ignored and I’ve never been this angry with any company before. The audacity to have a new customer order $700 worth of product from you and to be spat on entirely by their customer service is vile! Don’t order with these garbage humans
