WW were quick to answer the phone. Although there was a period of time to determine whose responsibility it was as it was a leaking external pipe (non household). Once fault was established they assessed and repaired within a few weeks. The duration determined by the requirement of road closures. After the repair was completed, the subsequent follow up to also repair the flood damage of a path was quick and efficient thanks to Mike Goad. Overall a friendly, efficient service that also explained clearly what the process would be.
