I’ve have been working with Francesca for the last 10 years since I joined Silversea. Over the years we have developed an excellent working relationship as well as a lovely friendship. She is a strong minded lady who’s not afraid to speak her mind and can be truly pain sometimes. However I have to say, I have not met many travel agents like her. She fights for her clients and makes sure she phones/emails us as many times as necessary to get the best deal and best service for her clients. She knows our product often better than I do and has an overall impressive knowledge of the industry and is a quick thinker. I have met some of Francesca's clients onboard Silversea ships and at events, and all I’ve heard is how good and caring agent she is … and an excellent Gin connoisseur if I may add :-) I would trust her with my money and my booking at any time, highly recommended.
