1 Star is 1 too Many
If I could give the PO zero stars I would. I sent a parcel using their online system and printed my own label. Made sure weight was correct and paid for 1st class. 1 Week on parcel still not delivered. In constant contact with recipient - no delivery - no form nothing. Checking the Barcode -= cant be updated until a delivery is attempted. !! Went to my parcel collection office, who to be fair, were helpful. Parcel seemingly has a surcharge but can't tell me why. I offered to pay it to release the parcel - sorry no can do! Recipient needs to receive a grey form, pay it and either collect the parcel or arrange delivery. So far a week in no delivery has been attempted for either the parcel or the grey form. Try Customer Serices they said - hung on the phone for 15 minutes but not reply. But we are doing everything we can to help you says the machine. Surely there must be a better way of handling this. I now have to inconvenience the recipient to retrieve their parcel for something I did (or did not do) despite the payment form having my address on it!. NEED TO DO BETTER!
