Destination change
My latest booking experience is not one I ever want to have again. I wanted to move my deposit from S.Africa safari adventure to Majesty of Morocco . The telephone line was disconnected before the change was completed. I expected a call back which didn’t happen so contacted Reservations by email. Checking MY TITAN I discovered that the two holidays had been amalgamated giving me a start date of April ‘26 and an end date of October ‘26 . Two days later I received an apologetic call assuring me this would be corrected. It wasn’t done correctly which set off a chain of errors.Today I received my THIRD amended email holiday confirmation and at last everything is correct. My low marking relates to this one booking only as I’ve never had a problem previously when booking or changing a holiday
