You are sending my latest shipment to my son Pierre in Chicago instead of me. I tried to get you to reroute the case of Pinot but you don’t respond and you don’t have a phone. I’m thinking about ending my account with you since you don’t answer me. Too bad, I’ve been a good customer Update3/20: someone finally did get back to me and they did right by me. They rerouted the shipment back to them and sent me another case this time to the correct address. And they were apologetic. It would still be an improvement to customer service if they had a live body to cal particularly in cases such as mine where the wine is shipped to the wrong address and time is of the essence.
