Terrible Royal Mail complaints service
Upon giving an internal review of the company, they are not allowed to contact you regarding a complaint as they use a third Party for such procedures. I suffer from extreme social anxiety and currently have broken ribs. on 13/05/25 I arranged a letter to be collected by the postman on 14/5/25 to be frowarded to my addressee; it was my daughters birthday. At 10.42 am 14/5, the postman totally bypassed my house and made no attempt to collect the paid for package. Several calls later I was not updated as to the status quo. Following the 17.30 cut off line I asked Someone I knew to post it for me. I have lodged a formal complaint today, but as this procedure is completed by a 3rd party, under data protection law, I have no way of Knowing what the outcome of what my complaint was,so feel the Process was a total waste of time.
