Great Company, Great help, great products.
I bought a pure air pro 3 about 5 months ago, I had a puncture, I emailed them and they sent me a link to buy a dynoplugger because of the tubeless tires it worked great and haven't had a problem since, then recently a wire dislodged making it so the screen didn't turn on, I emailed them and Edward Morrell helped me, he recommended to take it back into their workshop so he sent me a new box for free then I shipped it to them, they fixed the problem and today it arrived, but two of the reflectors by the wheels were missing, wasn't a problem I emailed them and again he's sent me 2 lots of reflectors for free, yes the Scooter went wrong but they had no problem helping me and fixing it for me, there a great company I'd gladly buy from them again and a big thankyou to Edward Morrell for solving my issues
