A total rip-off
Having filled in their questionnaire including a copy of my NHS prescription and having received a confirmation that my order had been accepted and the funds taken from my bank account, I then received an email from the website saying that “it would be deemed unsafe based on your consultation and summary care records” and they therefore would be refunding my money. They did refund all the money but for £5 and no reason given for withholding the £5. Every email that I sent to their site bounced and even after having a live conversation with one of their employees, I am no further ahead in discovering why a) the refused to supply me given that I had included my NHS prescription for the medication or the deduction of the £5. Miracle of miracles: within 2 hours of this negative review, I received notification that the company was suddenly able to supply my request. However, too late, as I had my order fulfilled by my local medical centre! I note that their belated reply states that I cancelled my order. Having been told that they couldn’t fulfil my order in the first instance and then, following this review, suddenly they could fulfil my order, I cancelled. Wouldn’t you?
