Damaged Monitor
I have received a damaged item, the monitor arrived without any internal packaging other than the polystyrene to protect it. Having read the returns policy I have to foot the cost of the return. After already paying for delivery charges in the first place and potentially another set of delivery charges if I order a replacement. Thus making me pay nearly £30 in postage for a £80 item. I May have to look elsewhere for the replacement if delivery charges aren’t covered. Very disappointed, the monitor was obviously not checked before it was posted out. Not confident I’ll purchase from this store again.
