Warning! Cannot cancel whilst still being charged
I no longer have the phone the esim was registered on. I am trying to access my account to close it by phone and chat and am being told repeatedly that my name and data of birth I am giving do not match those on the account. Yet they were happy and able to set up initial and ongoing payments with those very details? And I am expected to resolve this situation how? And in the meantime I am still being charged. OFCOM time. Response to lyca reply: Well that is just more evidence of something obviously very wrong with your systems as the lyca number, my name and my DOB are all the ones on the account you see fit to charge me and message me about forthcoming charges for but you are unable to access it to close the thing? I have repeatedly given you the correct number, name and DOB. What more can I do? This is on you, not me!
