Disappointed
The FIXD itself is a good product. Customer service is not good. My wife purchased several of these on a special deal last year and gave them to family members. She got a introductory deal on the premium pkg. She was told they would notify her when they was going to take out the annual payment. This did not happen. She called the day it was taken out and told them she received nothing about the withdraw. She asked for payment to be stopped. They said they would cancel the subscription and send a confirmation and who to contact about the renewal payment within 48 hours. This did not happen. Called them again and got the same response. The thir time we talked to a Ryan. we told him the situation. He informed is that we gave them permission when we purchased it. He said they do not send out emails to customers and after a long discussion he verbally gave us a confirmation number. The two prior calls could have said this rather than saying we would receive a confirmation within 48 hours. The product is good but Customer service is terrible. unfriendly and not professional. The four stars I gave is for the product. The one I did not give is for customer service. Rosemary
