Spoke with a real kind customer service person
Despite being unable to extend my warranty online for 2 years as they excluded the dishwasher, I was able to successfully phone and discuss with Morgan Smith (who was super helpful, kind & very professional) a satisfactory service outcome where I was able to get 5 appliances covered for £28.01 pm on an ongoing monthly basis until the products are 10 years old.
