Great customer service experience
Our Business use CIBT Visas for all our Visa needs. It was my first experience though obtaining visas for travel for work, in this case 3 people travelling to China on pretty short notice. Iain was our advisor at CIBT and I cannot fault the service provided. Iain knows his stuff, was patient and informative with my numerous questions and ensured everything went smoothly. Iain was in regular contact with email and phone calls, which was very reassuring. Would highly recommend.
