Great day had on Saturday. Loved it :)
We went on Saturday and to say it has improved over the years is an understatement. Last time I went was just before lockdown in March 2020 😬 and that wasn't a good experience at all with everyone being so packed in to the ECL. Fast forward to now and it was by far a better time. Using the 3 arenas is much better and putting all the props in the M&S Arena was genius. I loved the atmosphere and experience. The seats available to sit in is brilliant too. The ECL with the stalls was a good experience although there still needs to be more room between the far stalls by the wall. Wasn't nice being so crammed in around there. I bought one photo opportunity and it seemed to be organised pretty well although I felt a little claustrophobic in that queue but it went down quick enough. Can't comment on the panels or red area as we never went there. All in all I had a really good day. Loved the M&S arena part, loved all the cosplay. Not sure I can afford November but will definitely be back in 2025. My only negative is the food/drink in there. Wow just ridiculous prices. We just waited and stopped somewhere on our way home (we're from Liverpool) but I know that's not an option for everyone. I know its the venue that sets these prices. Rip off! Take a packed lunch if you can
